The property is immaculately clean and modern. This hotel offers great-sized and huge rooms with a huge balcony, terrace, plus free bottles. - the location is perfect, and the staff is well-trained and competent. - Would recommend it to friends.

I liked the facilities they had which allowed us to cook in the room to save some money. There is a large fridge and it has a small freezer compartment also. There is a hob and plents of pots and pans to assist cooking. The room also had Sky tv which was useful. There was also free wi-fi which was handy. The gym in the basement was also decent.

It was as expected, had a comfortable stay for two nights as a city trip. This was a great location just next door to supermarket, Close to metro and subway. You can find Shibuya Milano a couple of blocks away from the hotel to a have lunch.

Great location in quiet area but close to central station. Although we only used it for breakfast great the kitchen was great..nice friendly staff.

Had a perfect stay for two nights as a city trip, everything was very comfortable. We were offered a studio complete with sparkling water and a comfy bed. - the location was perfect, just a minute walk from Aumai.

Good kitchen - equipment was in fairly good shape. Excellent location - not far from the train station or metro (10 minute walk). Two markets could be found within 4 or 5 blocks of the hotel. Quiet neighborhood. Laundry services were excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.Great English! Good security. There is no maid service on the weekend but that was okay with us. We really liked this place - we are coming back next month!

Better overhead lighting needed in the kitchen (studio apt.).

The staff are great helpful, especially the lady. She made us feel relax and comfortable in the hotel.

I really loved the queen studio here, it had everything I needed including a cool whirlpool bathtub and a spacious terrace. the staff knew their stuff and were super helpful with everything I needed 🌟.

The staff services were great. I have checked in very late ( around 12 midnight) and Michael was waiting for me. The apartment was very clean , spacious and well decorated. The apartment got two safe boxes; one was a normal one and the other was behind one of the photo frames in the apartment for extra security.

There is really nothing not to like in this apartment. However, the parking was full when I arrived. So, I have to park the car in a nearby garage. Michael helped me to find out this place. This was just for the first night and with the staff help we managed to have the car parked for the remaining nights. One advice is to check the parking before you make your reservation. That’s what I have been told.
